Pricing Rates & Fees
I work with individuals with and without insurance. My goal is to accept insurance plans that would allow for counseling to be more accessible to those in need. Upon beginning services at Wingspan Counseling, you will participate in an initial one-hour diagnostic evaluation to help with identifying core objectives and goals for treatment. Following this initial appointment, you will be given recommendations as to the frequency and duration of services needed. Please contact your insurance provider to fully understand what will be covered for your mental health services.

WITHOUT INSURANCE
The pricing schedule is as follows when not using insurance:
Diagnostic Evaluation (one-hour initial session): $150
Individual Session (one-hour follow up sessions): $130
While my best intentions are to work with your insurance carrier, there will be exceptions to who I am contracted with. In the case that I am not in network with your provider, out-of-network benefits may be utilized through submitting a superbill for reimbursement.
Late Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour advanced notice will result in a late-cancellation fee.
Clients will be responsible for a late fee of $100 at the time of the scheduled session.
